Hey guys! I’ve just
gotten around to uploading my pictures from Sweden and I have to say that I
really enjoyed Sweden. I am not usually one who enjoys traveling, as I am lazy
and just like to stay home all the time. Nevertheless, I enjoyed every bit of
Sweden from the beautiful water to all the food (especially the ice cream).
Overall, I had a great time and I do want to go back sometime in the future. J

Mini Spring Cakes Recipe
Hey GUY!!!!! This is my 1st recipe!!!!! This is a yummy white cake with whipped cream frosting filling and raspberry drizzle.
Recipe:Ingredients/Pan:
Rose Cake Pan
http://www.ebay.com/bhp/rose-cake-pan
(ACTUAL FOOD INGREDIENTS)
THIS RECIPE IS FOR FOUR CAKES
For the cake:
I used http://sweetapolita.com/2011/07/fluffy-vanilla-cake-with-whipped-vanilla-bean-frosting/ cake recipe but instead of milk, I used buttermilk.
For the Filling:
1 cup of whipping cream
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
For the Drizzle:
1 handful of raspberries
3/4 cup of sugar
splash of milk
STEPS:
1. Cook cakes with either white cake mix or use Sweetapolita's recipe because it was suuppeeerrr delicious
2. While the cakes are in the fridge, get a mixing bowl and mix whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Let mix until peaks form.
3. Let cakes cool once out of the oven and then fill with whipping frosting. REMEMBER let cakes cool completely because the whipping filling will melt inside.
4. Place cakes in fridge and get a saucepan and fill it with raspberries, sugar, and the splash of milk while on med. heat. Mix around until liquify
5. Place in a sieve (with a bowl underneath) until all seeds are out
6. Then drizzle all over cakes until covered
7. Place cakes in fridge for 30 min and then serve
8. ENJOY
THATS IT! I hope you like them. I also hope it is ok that I used Sweetapolitas recipe. It is a great recipe and I don't know how to come up a cake recipe. PLUS it is delicious! ANYWAY, I hope you guys liked it! Talk to you later
